KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is hiring four recruiters for our Fort Worth team. This onsite role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

No recruiting experience is required — we provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed. You'll source candidates, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and help meet weekly hiring goals while building relationships with candidates

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and phone presence are required.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
