Job summary

Innovatix Technology Partners is seeking a motivated recruiter for our Dallas, TX office. This role focuses on high-volume, non-technical recruiting and collaborates with hiring teams to move candidates through the process efficiently.

You will own interview scheduling, follow-ups, background checks, and onboarding support while keeping accurate candidate records. A strong communicator with 1–3 years of experience is ideal; Workday/ATS familiarity is a plus, and candidates will be onsite five

• Strong verbal and written communication suitable for candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience handling high-volume, non-technical recruiting (retail, call center, etc.).
• Excellent candidate coordination including interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate candidate records.
• Workday/ATS experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and hiring teams
• Experience handling high-volume, non-technical recruiting for roles such as retail, call center, network professionals, and non-management positions
• Strong candidate coordination skills, including interview scheduling, rescheduling, follow-ups, background checks, and onboarding support
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple candidates/requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records
• Workday/ATS experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
