Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is looking for a skilled recruiter to source and engage W-2 sales professionals for roles in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will partner with the Sales Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruiting experience focused on sales roles and is comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Handshake, and ZoomInfo in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed.
• Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive communicator.
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal structure.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced culture.
