Job summary

The Recruiter Trainee Program at Amergis Healthcare Staffing develops sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing skills for new recruiters. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26 per hour during the initial training period (about 13 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing deep familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
