Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking candidates for a Recruiter Trainee Program designed to develop sourcing, screening, selecting and placing skills under the guidance of an experienced leader and team. You will learn in a collaborative environment focused on delivering results.

During training you are a non-exempt employee paid at $21.26 per hour for about 13 weeks. After successful completion, you are promoted to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee with a $52,500 base salary and uncapped

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to attract top talent using technology to build networks.
• Action oriented and results driven – frequently exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), School Based Professionals (SBPs), and clients.
• Navigate the onboarding workflow and learn Amergis processes.
