Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking candidates for its Recruiter Trainee Program in a structured training track designed to develop sourcing, screening, selecting and placing talent. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $22.27 per hour during the first 13 weeks, with potential overtime.

Upon successful completion, you are promoted to Recruiter 1, becoming an exempt employee with a $55,000 salary and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.
Ability to attract top talent using technology to build networks.
Action oriented and results driven; frequently exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and contact candidates.
Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow to align with Amergis requirements.
