Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing offers a Recruiter Trainee Program to develop core recruitment skills including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26 per hour during a typical 13-week training period, with overtime possible at leadership discretion.

Upon successful completion, you become a Recruiter 1 with exempt status and a base salary of $52,500 plus uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review and navigate onboarding workflows and align with Amergis requirements.
