Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Recruiter Trainee for a comprehensive program to develop sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing recruitment skills. Trainees are hourly during training and move to exempt Recruiter 1 with salary and uncapped commissions after successful completion.

The role offers training from experienced leaders, a structured path to advancement, and opportunities to work with Healthcare Professionals, SBPs, and clients in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Navigate onboarding workflow and learn Amergis processes.
