Amergis Healthcare Staffing offers a Recruiter Trainee Program to build core recruiting skills through sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $23.28/hour during a ~13‑week training period, with overtime possible at leadership discretion.

Upon successful completion, you advance to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee earning a $57,500/year base with uncapped commission potential and continued growth opportunities within a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Assist healthcare professionals, school-based professionals, and clients with timely support.
• Navigate onboarding workflow and learn Amergis processes.
