Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations. You will manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination and communication.

You will source technical and leadership talent, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and partner with hiring managers to plan priorities.
