Job summary

HTU is seeking a recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle in Cary, NC. You will meet with hiring managers, source qualified professionals, and screen consultants through interviews and references to align goals and skills with opportunities.

You will build relationships, coach consultants for interviews, check in on day one, and ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction while maintaining a top-tier consultant network. Advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits
