Job summary

Pinnacle Premier is an ambitious insurance agency seeking a full-time Recruiter to build a pipeline of talent, conduct first interviews, and shepherd recruits through licensing and licensing to writing business. You’ll prospect via LinkedIn and social media, invite candidates to the office, and manage accounts with coaching from the owners and sales trainer.

This hunter role pays a base of $4,000 per month, plus a 2% production bonus until each recruit reaches $25,000 in production.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who hunts for people.
• Competitive, coachable, and great with people.
• Relentless about follow-up.
• Comfortable on LinkedIn, in DMs, on the phone, and in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and start new conversations.
• Build and run your own recruiting accounts.
• Invite prospects into our office to see the opportunity in person.
• Run first-round interviews and book second interviews with our owners.
• Track every recruit through licensing and contracting in our CRM.
• Keep your recruits motivated until they write their first policy.
