Job summary

Pinnacle Premier is seeking a Corporate Sales Trainer to turn new agents into producers. You will run onboarding, daily trainings, live dialing, and coaching on scripts, tonality, and objections to drive results.

You will track progress from licensing to first sale and on to $10K and eventually $20K per month, building incentives and accountability throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage training programs and track agent progress.

Responsibilities

Pinnacle Premier is a fast-growing insurance agency, and we're hiring a Corporate Sales Trainer to turn new agents into producers.

You'll own the path from onboarding to production. You'll run our hiring classes, daily trainings, and live dialing sessions, coach scripts, tonality, and objection handling, and get every new agent from zero to their first sale, then to $10K a month and consistent.

What you'll do

• Lead hiring classes of 10-20 new agents every other week
• Run daily trainings, power hours, and live dialing sessions
• Coach scripts, tonality, objection handling, underwriting, and the sales process
• Give live closing support and first-dial guidance
• Track every agent from licensed to first sale, $10K a month, and $20K a month
• Build competitions, incentives, and accountability

What you'll earn

• $1,000 a week base ($52,000 a year), paid biweekly
• Monthly bonus on the production growth of the agents you train

Who we're looking for

• A proven insurance or phone-sales producer
• A natural coach who holds people accountable
• Life insurance license, or willing to get one
• Organized enough to track dozens of agents at once

Full-time independent contractor (1099), Monday-Friday, 8-5, in office.
