GOTAFE is hiring a recruiter in the United States. You will identify qualified candidates using multiple sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with an Account Manager to target top accounts and market segments.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
