Job summary

GOTAFE in Hamden, CT is seeking a recruiter who will identify qualified candidates through diverse sourcing tools and screen/interview them to fit top accounts. You will partner with the Account Manager to target key market segments and build industry relationships for referrals and sales leads.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $60,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $60,000
• Year 2: $80,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 1: $75,000

• Year 3: $132,000
