Job summary

HTU is seeking a results-driven recruiter with a customer-focused mindset to identify and screen candidates, then partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will also build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, while contributing to community volunteering initiatives.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped weekly commissions, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
