Pinnacle Premier in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Recruiter to build our pipeline and recruit via LinkedIn and social media. This is a hunter role; you’ll run your own recruiting accounts, conduct first interviews, and bring candidates into our office to see the opportunity.

You’ll own the process from outreach to licensing, with ownership of the candidate journey and continuous follow-up until policy writing begins.

• Comfortable prospecting on social platforms
• Ability to run recruiting accounts and interviews

• Prospect daily on LinkedIn, Instagram,TikTok, Facebook and start conversations
• Build and run recruiting accounts
• Invite prospects to office for in-person meetings
• Run first-round interviews and book second interviews with owners
• Track recruits through licensing and contracting in CRM
• Keep recruits motivated until they write their first policy
