• Facilitate candidate onboarding and employment documentation processes.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
• Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.

Compensation

Compensation: Eligible for uncapped commission based on individual performance. Estimated on-target earnings (base pay plus commission) are approximately $53,000 to $63,000 annually; actual earnings may vary.
