Job summary

Outsource is the nation’s largest staffing firm specializing in low voltage and electrical talent, seeking energetic leaders in recruiting and sales with strong growth potential. This role blends recruiting with sales and offers ongoing mentorship within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include leveraging our database and job boards to identify candidates, making 50 calls daily, screening for current and future roles, onboarding new hires, and generating sales leads for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or recent military experience.
• Internship or work experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Interest in Sales and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our internal database and job boards to identify potential candidates.
• Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates.
• Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for current and upcoming jobs.
• Facilitate onboarding process with new candidates.
• Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies.
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.

• $43,888k annual salary + uncapped commission (average first year comp: $53k+)
