Job summary

Outsource is seeking energetic recruiters who are motivated to grow into senior roles in recruiting, account management, and sales. The role combines recruiting with sales targets and provides ongoing training within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation includes $24.05 per hour plus uncapped commission, along with paid time off, parental leave, a 401k match, and a monthly cell phone stipend. A structured mentorship program supports professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred.
• Internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred.
• Must have interest in Sales and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize internal database and job boards to identify candidates.
• Make a minimum of 50 calls daily to prospects and candidates.
• Screen candidates by phone and in-person for current and upcoming roles.
• Facilitate onboarding process for new candidates.
• Identify fresh candidates using diverse recruiting strategies.
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.

• $24.05 hourly + uncapped commission (average first year comp: $60k+)

Job Requirements
