Job summary

Outsource, the largest staffing firm in the nation, is seeking driven individuals for a recruiting position in Irving, Texas. Candidates will enjoy unlimited growth potential within recruiting and sales, alongside a base salary of $43,888 plus uncapped commission, leading to first-year earnings potentially over $65k.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, making numerous calls daily, and maintaining a strong focus on sales leads. Strong candidates may have a Bachelor’s Degree and interest in Sales and Account Management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or recent military experience.
• Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Interest in Sales and Account Management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize job boards to identify potential candidates.
• Make a minimum of 50 calls each day.
• Screen candidates over the phone and in-person.
• Facilitate onboarding process with new candidates.
• Identify fresh candidates using recruiting strategies.
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Identify sales leads for the Sales team.
