Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings via calls and emails.
• Build relationships with local job seekers and candidates.

• Present qualified candidates to the sales team.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with offers by coordinating salary ranges, start dates and other details.
