Job summary

Synerfac Inc in Delaware is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build relationships with job seekers and collaborate with sales managers to craft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria. You will screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the interview process across management levels.

Office-based, with a focus on local markets, you will coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and the offer process while identifying active candidates and potential sales leads to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts.
• Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors.
• Identifying potential sales leads.

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k-55k
• Year 2: 50k-75k
• Year 3: 70k-100k
