Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our in‑person team in Hunt Valley, MD. This role focuses on screening candidates, drafting job descriptions with hiring managers, presenting qualified candidates to clients, and coordinating interviews and offers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, and a strong, proactive approach with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Screen resumes and screen candidates through calls and emails.
• Collaborate with sales managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to the sales team for clients.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with offer process including salary ranges, start dates, and incentives.

Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Selecting qualified candidates through screening resumes, cold calling, and sending emails
• Collaborating with sales managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Presenting qualified candidates to the sales team for our clients
• Scheduling interviews and overseeing the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials
• Collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details to customers

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 55k
• Year 2: 50k - 75k
• Year 3: 70k - 100k
