Job summary

Synerfac Inc is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Atlanta, GA. This in-person role focuses on screening, candidate presentation, and interview coordination to support client staffing needs.

You will collaborate with sales leaders, draft job descriptions, and manage offers, salary ranges, and start dates. Base salary plus uncapped incentives and ongoing training are offered, with benefits and PTO included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and coachable with good problem-solving能力.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, cold call candidates, and send emails to qualify applicants.
• Collaborate with sales managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to the sales team for clients.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with offer negotiations including salary ranges and start dates.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Selecting qualified candidates through screening resumes, cold calling, and sending emails
• Collaborating with sales managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Presenting qualified candidates to the sales team for our clients
• Scheduling interviews and overseeing the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials
• Collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details to customers

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 55k
• Year 2: 50k - 75k
• Year 3: 70k - 100k
