Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an on-site Recruiter/Account Supervisor Bilingual in Frisco, TX to lead the implementation of the HSS workforce solution, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships. Travel to properties will be required and the role includes payroll and administrative duties.

Ideal candidates hold an associates or bachelor’s degree, have staffing industry experience, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Previous experience in the staffing industry required, including on-site management.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

Job description

Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Recruiter/Account Supervisor Bilingual to support hospitality staffing across client and candidate experiences. Based in Frisco, TX 75034, this onsite role focuses on implementing and managing the HSS workforce solution, coordinating recruiting and onboarding, and maintaining strong customer service and operational tracking.

You will work with clients to meet staffing needs, manage interviews and employee relations for assignment-based employees, and ensure required onboarding steps are completed before talent starts. The position also includes regular local travel and consistent administrative responsibilities to support hiring, scheduling, and payroll deadlines.

What you will do

• Lead the overall implementation and management of the HSS workforce solution.
• Build recruiting plans and maintain a proactive network to fill upcoming and current openings, including visiting channel partners as required.
• Support community recruiting through posting flyers and signs, and assist with social media recruiting as needed.
• Contact customers daily to confirm staffing needs are met, with property visits as required.
• Continue sourcing for new business within current properties.
• Track open and filled orders daily and document updates as required.
• Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates who need experience before placement.
• Onboard new hires through training and ongoing management.
• Ensure background checks, drug screens, and new-hire paperwork are completed prior to employment start dates.
• Conduct and manage candidate interviews.
• Address performance and employee relations issues for assignment-based employees in a timely manner.
• Complete daily activity reports and required administrative work for hiring, hours tracking, and payroll.
• Complete payroll weekly by required deadlines.
• Maintain accurate updates in the system for client and talent meetings and changes as required.
• Conduct safety meetings and provide weekly safety training, with required documentation for the property team.
• Attend property morning meetings regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service through timely follow-up and communication with clients and employees.
• Complete workers’ compensation incident forms as needed and partner with the Risk department to move claims to closure.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

What you bring

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, hotel management, general studies, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry required, including on-site management.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic use of Microsoft Office applications and basic typing skills.
• Experience using internet job boards is highly preferred.
• Approx. 50–75% local travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid car insurance, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation for work purposes.
