Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry required, or on-site management.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic use of Microsoft Office applications and basic typing skills.
• Experience using internet job boards is highly preferred.
• Approximate local travel of 50-75%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid car insurance, a driver's license, and reliable transportation for work purposes.

Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring a Recruiter/Account Supervisor Bilingual to support hospitality clients and the people who fill their open roles. This onsite position in Birmingham, AL offers a competitive $45,000 to $50,000 per year, plus a benefits package that starts with health benefits after 60 days and includes time off, training, and career growth.

What you'll do

You will help deliver the company's workforce solution by managing recruiting and onboarding from start to finish, coordinating with clients on staffing needs, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and candidates. The role also includes daily administrative and safety-related responsibilities to keep assignments running smoothly.

• Implement and manage the overall HSS workforce solution.
• Create recruiting plans and proactively build a network to fill current and upcoming openings, including visits to channel partners and community outreach (flyers and signs), with social media recruiting support as needed.
• Contact customers daily to confirm their staffing needs are met and visit properties as required.
• Continue sourcing for new business within current properties.
• Track open and filled orders daily and document as required.
• Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates who may not yet have needed experience.
• Onboard new hires through training and ongoing management.
• Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed prior to work, including background checks, drug screens, and all new hire paperwork.
• Conduct and manage candidate interviews.
• Handle performance issues and employee relations concerns for assignment-based employees in a timely manner.
• Complete daily activity reports and related administrative work, including tracking hours and supporting weekly payroll by required deadlines.
• Ensure meetings and updates with clients and talent are entered into the system as required.
• Run safety meetings and provide weekly safety training to property teams, with documentation as required.
• Attend property morning meetings regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service through timely follow-up and clear communication with clients and employees.
• Complete workers' compensation incident forms as necessary and work with the Risk department to move claims to closure.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects.

What you bring

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, hotel management, general studies, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry required, or on-site management.
