Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an experienced bilingual recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a range of staffing needs. This onsite role in Mesquite, TX will focus on sourcing and selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping communication moving between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

You will manage recruiting from intake through placement, working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure job postings and candidate

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
• Previous recruiting experience is required; light industrial staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate screening.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of social media recruiting platforms.
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn recruiting and ATS systems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Ability to be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm staffing needs and position requirements.
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and run in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, experience, availability, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support additional recruiting and staffing duties as needed.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call availability as needed

Compensation

• $18.00–$19.00 per hour
• $18.00–$19.00+ DOE
