Job summary

Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an on-site Recruiter/Account Supervisor Bilingual in Frisco, TX to lead the implementation of the HSS workforce solution, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships. Travel to properties will be required and the role includes payroll and administrative duties.

Ideal candidates hold an associates or bachelor’s degree, have staffing industry experience, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, hotel management, general studies, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry required, including on-site management.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall implementation and management of the HSS workforce solution.
• Build recruiting plans and maintain a proactive network to fill openings.
• Manage interviews and onboarding to ensure timely start dates.
• Coordinate with clients on staffing needs and travel scheduling.
• Onboard new hires and manage payroll deadlines; complete safety training weekly.
