Job summary

ASAP Personnel Inc. is looking for a dedicated recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified candidates for apartment industry roles. You will conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, match candidates to openings, and manage onboarding processes.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting hiring goals while delivering excellent customer service. A fast-paced environment and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
