S&G Carpet and More is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join its team in West Sacramento. This in-office role supports hiring managers in finding, screening, and onboarding talent, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service to candidates.

You will manage time efficiently, communicate effectively, and maintain confidential information while helping build a strong team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hour shifts, and a pay rate of $24 per hour, with benefits

S&G Carpet and More is seeking a designated Recruiting Assistant to join its team!

S&G Carpet is dedicated to providing the premiere customer service experience to its customers. But none of that is possible without finding the right people.

As a Recruiting Assistant, you will help ensure S&G has the talent it needs to fulfil its vision. You will use your passion, your positivity, your energy to assist S&G’s hiring managers in finding, screening, and onboarding the talent that helps keep S&G Carpet staffed with the best people in the industry.

By helping S&G’s hiring managers connect with job seekers, you can change someone’s life for the better, each and every day.

This is an in-office position based out of West Sacramento. Remote work is not available.
