Job summary

S&G Carpet and More in Dublin, CA is seeking sales associates to grow with our team. You will work one-on-one with customers, learn flooring products, and guide them through a 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.

The role offers on-site shifts, a structured training program, and a compensation package that includes an hourly base plus commissions and bonuses. Benefits include medical/vision/dental/life, PTO, 401K eligibility, and Sundays off.

Job description

We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for sales that are looking for an opportunity to grow their career. If you have success selling other products, we have a terrific training program to quickly get you up to speed on everything you need to know to be a flooring expert.

You will gain true job satisfaction by working with customers, one on one, to help them transform the look of their home. You will have the opportunity to really get to know your customers while you support them during a 1-4 week selling and installation timeline.

Schedule

8-hourshifts, 5 days per week/ Every Sunday off / Never work past 6:30pm

Compensation

$24.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Sales associates generally earn between $26.00 and $34.00 per hour ($54,000 and $70,000 per year in total compensation).
