Job summary

S&G is hiring sales associates in Northern California to help customers transform their homes with high-quality flooring. You will work one-on-one with customers, learn our products through a terrific training program, and participate in a 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.

Schedule includes 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with Sundays off and a capstone on customer satisfaction. Compensation starts at $24/hour plus commission; total earnings typically range $54k–$70k annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Previous sales experience (retail included) is preferred.
• Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public.
• Motivated, ambitious, with a high priority on landing sales.
• Strong computer skills.
• Open to training and learning the product line (we will train you).

Job description

We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for sales that are looking for an opportunity to grow their career. If you have success selling other products, we have a terrific training program to quickly get you up to speed on everything you need to know to be a flooring expert.

You will gain true job satisfaction by working with customers, one on one, to help them transform the look of their home. You will have the opportunity to really get to know your customers while you support them during a 1-4 week selling and installation timeline.

Schedule

8-hourshifts, 5 days per week/ Every Sunday off / Never work past 6:30pm

Compensation

$24.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Sales associates generally earn between $26.00 and $34.00 per hour ($54,000 and $70,000 per year in total compensation).
