• Maintains relationships with clients to meet staffing goals.
• Communicates employment details during offers (benefits, compensation, non-compete).
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and ATS management.
• Manages resume/file retention per policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: $70,304.00 Annually

Summary/Objective:

As a valued member of our team, the recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting; recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods both internal and external.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates, both by phone or in person and administers assessments and reference / background checks.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs, internal and external, to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager and transfer offer letters.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers such as benefits, compensation and non-compete agreements.
• Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal / state laws and regulations.
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Manages application and resume file retention according to company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. General days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours to be determined. Not eligible for remote work. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
