S&G Carpet and More in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the Sacramento region. You will visit job sites to troubleshoot day-of-installation problems and help ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer.

This salaried (exempt) position offers a base salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, with bonus potential. Strong communication, organization, and servant leadership are essential to lead an energetic team.

S&G Carpet and More is seeking a new Customer Service Manager for the Sacramento region!

S&G Carpet is dedicated to providing the premiere customer service experience to its customers. And as a Customer Service Manager, you will help ensure that S&G continues to set that industry standard.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will visit job site locations to help troubleshoot day-of-installation problems, work ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer, and diagnose/resolve any customer concerns that might arise through service tickets.

This is a salaried (exempt) position based out of Rancho Cordova, but this role will service the greater Sacramento area and into Solano County (Vacaville, Fairfield, Benicia, etc.).

Schedule:

M-F, though some weekend work will be required on occasion.

Compensation:

New hires can expect to earn between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on performance (base salary plus bonus).

Position Qualifications:

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to be covered under Company's commercial auto policy
• Eligibility for HIS registration through CSLB
• Positive, confident attitude; able to comfortably navigate stressful situations
• Floor covering installation/product knowledge
• A servant's mindset (understand and exhibit servant leadership)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform light-to-moderate physical activity throughout the day
