S&G Carpet and More in West Sacramento is seeking a designated Recruiting Assistant to join our team. This in-office role supports hiring managers by finding, screening, and onboarding talent to keep our stores staffed with the best people.

You will apply strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage job seekers and ensure a smooth candidate experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, with compensation of $24/hour and a comprehensive benefits
