Job summary

This role emphasizes Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS usage, and candidate engagement to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. You’ll also support diversity initiatives and contribute to employer branding while delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our client, a major US energy and utilities organisation, is looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening through to closing candidates, while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior recruiting experience, ideally across both agency and corporate environments
• Proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent

Knowledge/Skills

• Passion for sourcing and creative candidate engagement
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
