Job summary

VIVA is seeking a remote recruiter to evaluate resumes, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews across the United States.

You will schedule and conduct structured phone interviews using scripting, document candidate information in the applicant tracking system, and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process. This fully remote role excludes NY, CA, HI and AK.
