Job summary

VIVA, a remote-friendly employer in the United States, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting roles to presenting top candidates. You will work with senior team members and hiring managers, focusing on administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

You'll build strong relationships with CDL drivers and other candidates, leveraging job boards and social networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience required or internships welcomed.
• Experience with ATS (Workday) and major job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles.
• Source candidates via job boards and social media; build pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with reference checks and onboarding.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events.
