Job summary

Vida is expanding its Talent team and seeks a full-time recruiter who can source and recruit for all departments, with emphasis on growing the sales and marketing teams across the US. The role partners with Marketing leaders to scale the organization and deliver a strong candidate experience.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-growing environment, build strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and manage end-to-end recruiting using Lever.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing experience.
• Track record of closing requisitions with timely filling.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication across levels and functions.
• Experience in a fast-growth environment and adapting quickly.
• Proficient with Lever ATS and recruiting metrics reporting.

Our Talent team is growing and we are looking to add a full time recruiter to the team who can help source and recruit for all departments as well as for Vida Health on the clinical side.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring your experience in recruiting top marketing talent across the US
• Be a head-hunter –source candidates on job boards, through referrals, and social media
• Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close, with primary ownership for the growth of our sales team
• Become a trusted strategic partner to our Marketing leaders to scale the Marketing org in a timely fashion
• Work with our existing Talent Team to help scale processes and implement best practices across hiring top talent in sales roles
• Help us improve and scale a world-class candidate experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years sourcing experience
• Proven track record of successfully closing requisitions within reasonable time-to-fill metrics, while providing a world class candidate experience
• Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional team members
• Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization
• Experience working on a small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• Experience leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to track and manage candidates, and regularly reporting on recruiting metrics
