Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract and support a high-volume requisition load. This role focuses heavily on field sales recruitment, particularly across West Coast regions, with additional exposure to APAC hiring.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field sales and business roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to build strong pipelines
• Support requisitions across U.S. and select APAC markets (Japan)
• Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
• Ensure smooth continuity of hiring efforts during team coverage

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with sales recruiting (bonus: generalist/business recruiting)
• Comfortable managing open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
