Kforce has a client seeking a Recruiter in San Antonio, TX, to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools.

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in San Antonio, TX. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and help identify top talent across a variety of business functions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, qualifications, and hiring priorities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, online recruiting platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other channels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
