Job summary

Kforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technology Talent Sourcing Recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting initiatives for a leading global professional services organization.

This role supports candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area and offers remote work with access to a San Francisco office. We require 2+ years in recruiting or talent sourcing, with strong IT talent sourcing and candidate outreach skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Strong experience sourcing IT and technology professionals.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.
• Experience supporting a large corporate or complex recruiting environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage technology professionals.
• Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on open requisitions.
• Provide market intelligence on available technology talent.
• Manage multiple searches and pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
