Kforce has a client seeking a Recruiter in San Antonio, TX, to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, qualifications, and hiring priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, online recruiting platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Assist with job descriptions, postings, pre-employment screenings, and staffing records.
• Partner with external recruiting firms and staffing agencies as needed.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment laws.
