Job summary

LHH Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a local Overland Park company to fill a Professional Services Recruiter (Contract) role, fully onsite in Overland Park, KS. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle process for professional and corporate positions and build strong candidate pipelines.

You should have 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing and sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recruiting experience and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with rewarding career opportunities.

Position Overview

The Professional Services Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of professional‑level positions. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Pay Details: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
