Senior HR Recruiter
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver exceptional recruiting solutions.

You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from developing sourcing strategies and attracting top talent through candidate engagement, selection, offer negotiation, and closing. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent advisor who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong partnerships, and bring innovative approaches to identifying and recruiting diverse, high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including intake, position development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.

  • Create compelling position descriptions and compelling candidate experiences that effectively communicate the opportunity and employer brand.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates.

  • Leverage search engines, career sites, professional networks, recruiting events, and innovative sourcing techniques to build strong and diverse candidate pipelines.

  • Own candidate management and development from initial identification and engagement through offer acceptance and onboarding.

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation, recruiting processes, and hiring best practices.

  • Consult with multiple hiring managers and teams simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships and delivering results.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a high-performing recruiting team and contribute to a culture of inspiration, empowerment, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

  • Leverage recruiting data and analytics to provide proactive updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, hiring progress, and results to leadership and HR partners.

  • Stay current on recruiting trends and continuously identify innovative ways to attract and engage diverse talent.

  • Support compensation discussions and ensure hiring activities align with applicable HR policies and requirements.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment.

  • 4+ years of experience in research and candidate sourcing.

  • 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers and business teams simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and their teams.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit diverse talent.

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, compensation considerations, and general HR requirements related to hiring.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means serving as a strategic talent partner—not simply filling open positions. You will build strong relationships with business leaders, consistently deliver high-quality talent, create an exceptional candidate experience, and use data and innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
