First Team Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter for our Aberdeen, MD on-site desk. You’ll reach out to candidates, screen and match them to open roles, and onboard new hires from offer through day one. You’ll keep ATS records accurate and handle daily administrative duties to keep the desk running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another high-volume, people-facing role.
• Comfortable making a high number of calls and messages daily.
• Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and data entry.
• Clear, professional communicator by phone, text, and email.

$50,000 base + uncapped commission

4% on temp-to-perm placements · 5% on direct-hire placements

Our Aberdeen branch (101 West Bel Air Avenue Aberdeen, Md) is growing, and we’re anticipating high placement volume. We need a Recruiter who likes the phone, moves fast, and gets satisfaction from putting people to work.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to candidates in our database and on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
