Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join our Virginia Beach team.

This 100% in-office role focuses on identifying and screening qualified skilled trades candidates, coordinating submittals, background checks, and onboarding steps while building a strong candidate network. You will conduct phone screens, manage candidate tracking, and collaborate with Lead Recruiters and Account Managers to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting tools and networks.
• Conduct phone screens and confirm candidate qualifications meet client needs.
• Prepare submittal docs, background checks and orientation steps.
• Maintain and clean candidate tracking systems regularly.
• Grow candidate relationships and obtain referrals to expand network.
• Maintain contact with candidates and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist Lead Recruiters and Account Managers with tasks as needed.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic and highly motivated team! If you are competitive, driven, and motivated to perform, I would like to discuss this opportunity with you. In this position, you will influence both our candidates and our clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. The role requires you to contact and speak with several candidates throughout the day, so you must be comfortable talking on the phone.

This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Virginia Beach, VA area!

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools
• Facilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm that candidate qualifications meet our client’s requirements and responsibilities
• Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the client
• Consistently maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systems
• Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network
• Maintain contact with job candidates and deliver constructive and appropriate feedback as needed
• Aid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting, screening, badges, start sheets, etc. as needed

What’s in it for you?

• $24 an hour based on a 40 hour work week

• Target salary of $55,000 - $58,000 in first year based on performance
