Base pay range

$38.00/yr - $42.00/yr

Rapidly growing downtown non-profit has an immediate need for a full-cycle Contract Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience to work on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will partner with various hiring managers to identify, vet, and attract applicants across their Educational and Advocacy platforms. The candidate will also work with the Director of Talent Acquisition to fine tune operational processes within the TA department. This person must be very process-driven, possess a customer service mindset, technical proficient in cloud-based ATS systems, with superior organizational skills and an attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting
• Experience with TA operational enhancement
• Experience with Greenhouse

Preferred Skills:

• Comfortable with Analytics
• Experience with a non-profit geared towards education and advocacy

Compensation: $38-42/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
