Job summary

Autokiniton is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process. You will supervise a team of recruiters, align with department leaders, and drive employer branding to attract top automotive talent.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, innovative sourcing, and collaboration across HR and management to meet workforce needs in a manufacturing environment. This is a salary-exempt HR role reporting to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Recruiting or related field.
• Minimum six years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local interviewing and recruiting laws.
• Strong time management, organization and documentation skills.
• Ability to sell, influence, negotiate and collaborate.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and objective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Selects, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates for open positions.
• Review’s employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs and other qualifications.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and align on profile, sourcing strategy and timeline.
• Reviews job orders and matched candidates with job requirements.
• Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Maintain relationships with all levels of management to ensure coverage of personnel needs.
• Develop relationships with search firms, agencies, colleges and job fairs; build talent pipelines.
• Extend offers to selected candidates and support onboarding in partnership with HR.
• Coach and guide hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.

As the Corporate Recruiter you will lead and optimize the recruitment process, bringing extensive expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, ensuring efficient hiring processes while collaborating with department leaders to meet workforce needs. The ideal candidate will drive employer branding efforts, enhance candidate experience, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Selects, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates for open positions.
• Review’s employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs and other qualifications of applicant.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, identify critical skills and competencies, and align on candidate profile, sourcing strategy, and hiring timeline
• Reviews job orders and matched candidates/ applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.
• Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs.
• Develop effective working relationships with search firm, placement agencies, colleges, universities technical schools, job fairs, etc.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill automotive manufacturing positions.
• Selects recruiting sources and techniques to fulfill the company’s needs by attracting qualified candidates.
• Support candidate onboarding process to include pre-hire screens, onboarding and orientation. Working in partnership with local Human Resources.
• Extend offers to selected candidates.
• Coach and guide hiring managers.
• Keeps informed of developments in such areas as compensation, employee benefits and general human resources practices.

This salary-exempt role is a part of our human resources team and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Required experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Recruiting, Business Administration.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local interviewing, employment and recruiting laws.
